We use ultrasound scanning to ensure only the best Pedigree Angus, 100% grass-fed cattle, make it into our beef boxes, so you can buy with confidence.
Authenticated on the Good Beef Index, the QR code on the packaging will give you unparalleled traceability.

Fresh or Frozen? - To ensure that our customers have the best beef experience possible, we freeze it shortly after we've picked it up from the abattoir on Dartmoor, so it will always come to you at it's best.
